Rental Policies
Food and Beverage
SAVOR.......catering by ASM Global is the exclusive food and beverage provider for the Florence Center. NO outside food and or beverage of any kind is permitted. Any alcohol served for an event requires an on duty member of a local law enforcement officer.
Service Animals
Only certified service animals allowed in the facility. All others must be approved by management.
Emergency Evacuation
In the event of an emergency, Florence Center staff and uniformed officers will instruct you in evacuating the facility. Please remain calm and follow instructions from trained staff.
Event Space
Open flames are not permitted
No banners, flags, or signs can be taped, stapled, nailed or attached to any walls or doors.
Balloons must be anchored
No vehicles allowed in carpet areas
No cooking inside or outside
All electrical connections shall comply with current codes
Do not obstruct exit doors or stairs
Vehicles on display for event MUST disconnect battery, empty gas tank and lock it.
No outside food or beverage
First Aid/EMT
The Florence Center schedules medical personnel for all public shows, trade shows and events advertised to the public. For more information on pricing and services, contact Event Manager.
Concealable Weapons
No open carry. No firearms of any kind allowed except uniformed officers working event. The Florence Center does not allow concealable weapons. Any off-duty officer attending an event must sign in prior to entering.
Parking
All Parking for guests attending an event is located at Gate 5.
No overnight parking allowed without authorization
Security
The Florence Center staff and a local law enforcement agency will provide security for all events.
Staffing Services
The Florence Center provides trained personnel to assist with Security, Ticket Takers, Ushers etc. for events. For pricing on services, contact Event Manager.
Smoking
The Florence Center is a smoke-free facility with limited designated smoking areas. Contact a staff member to locate the nearest smoking area.
Load In/Load Out
Vendors must be informed of exact load-in and move-out times. Vendors who arrive outside these times will not be allowed to enter the facility. Vendor loading and unloading zones will be determined by your event coordinator. Vendors must abide by all venue rules and regulations. Renter may be liable for vendor actions.
