Automated Teller Machine (ATM)
For your convenience, the Florence Center has two First Reliance ATMs located on the interior of the building. There is one ATM on each level.
The Florence Center, although not responsible for damage or theft, will provide security in its parking lots during events. Jump-start assistance is available upon request to any parking attendant or security personnel.
Baby Changing Stations
Baby changing stations are located in all men’s and women’s restrooms throughout the Arena.
While still at the event, please write down the seat location and/or communicate this information to an usher or Guest Relations representative in the lower lobby, located near the administrative offices. To submit this information after an event, please call the Florence Center during normal business hours at 843.679.9417.
The Florence Center maintains certain temperatures during all events. These temperatures are determined on an event-by-event basis. For more information, please visit our Guest Relations Lobby or call 843.679.9417.
SAVOR… by SMG manages all concessions throughout the Florence Center. Our concession stands offer a variety of food and beverages. Major credit cards are accepted. There are 6 permanent food and beverage stands throughout the Center on the upper concourse, with an additional 4-10 “portable” locations that may be set up for select events on the lower level.
Visa, American Express, Discover and MasterCard are accepted at the merchandise stands, concession stands and at the Arena Ticket Office.
There are entrance ramps onto the sidewalks at all entrance doors. Accessible access is available on both levels; lower level lobby area and upper level near box office.
Emergency Phone Calls
Callers should dial the Florence Center at 843.679.9417 and explain their emergency to the staff. Every effort will be made to locate the required guest. Depending upon the event, a Public Address announcement may not be available.
Emergency Medical Services / EMT
The Emergency Aid Station is located at Section 311 and is manned by City of Florence EMS staff during events. In the event of an emergency, please notify any Florence Center representative or uniformed police officer in your vicinity in order to ensure that appropriate emergency personnel are notified and dispatched.

Lost and Found
Guests who have lost an item during an event should contact the nearest Florence Center staff member for assistance. Found items may be turned in to the Guest Services desk found in the lower lobby near the administrative offices. On non-event days, please call the Florence Center at 843.679.9417. Items will be held for 30 days. Unclaimed items will be donated to charity. The Florence Center is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Children should be told to contact the nearest Florence Center staff member or uniformed Police Officer should they become lost. Lost children will be taken to the Guest Services desk located in the lower lobby near the administrative offices. Lost parents looking for a found child should go to that location as well.
Lost, Stolen or Destroyed Tickets
Lost or stolen tickets prior to an event may be replaced by contacting the Arena Ticket Office. Only the account holder may request and receive replacement tickets. A deposit equal to the face value of the lost or stolen ticket(s) may be charged and refunded upon presentation of the original unused ticket. The ticket office reserves the right not to replace lost or stolen tickets.
The Florence Center features approximately 2,450 parking spaces on its property (1,200 in the lower parking lot, 1,200 in the upper parking lot and 50 in the VIP lot), including ample parking for patrons with disabilities. There are restrooms located throughout the Florence Center for your convenience, located on all levels. All restrooms meet or exceed ADA specifications.
Leave your seat location information with someone at home in case they need to contact you.
Locate your TWO nearest exits in case one of them is obstructed upon exit.
Establish an outside meeting point for the members of your party in case you are separated from each other.
Wear something bright or recognizable in case you are separated from your party.
If you have a planned party that includes gifts, please leave the gifts unwrapped until they have been inspected or place the unwrapped gift in a gift bag.
The Florence Center wants to ensure that patrons have a fun and safe experience at the arena. If you have any concerns or questions, visit your nearest Florence Center staff member. The Florence Center staff and Florence Police Department will provide security for all events, patrons, and performers. For most events, there is a no re-entry (i.e., in-and-out) policy in effect at the Florence Center.
Although animals are not allowed in the Florence Center, an exception is made regarding service animals for guests with disabilities. Service animals providing service for a guest with a disability or certified service animals in training are welcome at Florence Center.
Services for Guests with Disabilities
Accessibility for our guests with disabilities is a high priority. Please direct any questions regarding accessibility to our Guest Services at 843.679.9417.
Typically there is an Accessible drop-off located in the lower lever parking area near the lobby doors of Florence Center. Please call Guest Relations at 843.679.9417 to confirm that this is the best option for dropping off guests with disabilities for your event.
Facility Features: All restrooms, smoking areas, telephones, ATMs and concession stands at the Florence Center are accessible.
Elevators: There are two (2) elevators within the facility to aid the mobility-impaired. One in the lower lobby and another inside the arena.
Parking: The Florence Center has 75 handicapped parking spaces. Parking for disabled guests is available on a first come, first serve basis in the lower and upper parking lots
Wheelchairs: Courtesy wheelchairs may be available at select events upon request for short-term use. If you need assistance getting to or from your seat, please request a wheelchair from the nearest facility staff/usher. It is recommended to call ahead and confirm wheelchair availability prior to arriving. Courtesy wheelchairs will be returned immediately after assistance to accommodate other patrons in need. Disabled and Accessible Seating is available on our concourse level based on availability. Companion seats are available for purchase along with each disabled seat purchased. When purchasing your tickets please make sure to mention any concerns and needs you may have. The Florence Center will attempt to reasonably accommodate any concern with regard to guests with disabilities.
Wheelchair/companion fraud includes, but is not limited to, misrepresentation of a disability for the purpose of obtaining wheelchair/companion seating. The Florence Center reserves the right to take appropriate action up to and including relocation, or ejection for wheelchair/companion ticket fraud.
The Florence Center has no pay phones but a patron may use the Guest Services phone found next to the lower lobby near the administrative offices for emergencies only. Cell phones are allowed inside the facility.

Water fountains are located throughout the upper level concourse and lower level lobby area. Water fountains may be disabled during select events per management.
The ticketing Will Call window is located at the Ticket Office near gate 2. Will Call is a service to hold your purchased tickets until collected at your convenience. Tickets purchased via Ticketmaster can be left at Will Call, but must be acquired no later than one (1) hour prior to the event time. Will Call is only available during standard box office hours or up to the event start time on performance dates.
If you are instructed by an arena employee, promoter or premium guest to pick up tickets from Will Call, please confirm with the Ticket Office as to when and hot to pick-up before arriving at the Ticket Office window.
When picking tickets up from Will Call please have your photo ID ready. Approved I.D. is required for all tickets held in Will Call.
