The Florence Center staff is ready to help with any questions you may have about access to and within the facility. Although the facility is readily accessible, when planning an event, please include any additional ADA requirements so the proper preparations can be made.
There are two (2) elevators within the facility to aid the mobility-impaired. One in the lower lobby and another inside the arena.
There are entrance ramps onto the sidewalks at all entrance doors. Accessible access is available on both levels; lower level lobby area and upper level near box office.
All restrooms, smoking areas, telephones, ATMs and concession stands at the Florence Center are accessible.
The Florence Center has 75 handicapped parking spaces. Parking for disabled guests is offered on a first come, first serve basis and available on both the lower and upper level parking lots.
Multiple side walk ramps are located near entrances on both the upper and lower levels. Staging lifts and ramps are available upon request.
There are eight bathrooms on the upper concourse, four men’s rooms and four women’s. There is one men’s room and one women’s room in the lower lobby. All public restrooms at the Florence Center are accessible for our guests with disabilities. If you should need assistance, please contact a Florence Center team member.
Although animals are not allowed in the Florence Center, an exception is made regarding service animals for guests with disabilities. Service animals providing service for a guest with a disability or certified service animals in training are welcome at Florence Center; however please plan ahead and let our staff know prior to arrival to avoid any issues. It is recommended to call ahead several days in advance to notify staff and coordinate specified needs.
Disabled and Accessible Seating is available on our concourse level based on availability. Companion seats are available for purchase along with accessible seating. When purchasing your tickets please make sure to mention any concerns you may have. The Florence Center will attempt to reasonably accommodate any concern with regard to guests with disabilities.
