www.Ticketmaster.com. Simply click on the “Find Tickets” link located next to the event of your choice, then follow the online instructions.
TelephoneTickets are available simply by calling! To speak with a Ticketmaster representative, call the toll-free number 1-800-745-3000.
Box OfficeSwing by the Florence Center Box Office located at the corner of W. Radio Drive and Woody Jones Blvd. in Florence; across from Chili’s and Regal Swamp Fox movie theater. The box office accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. When purchasing tickets with a credit card, you must show a valid photo identification to complete the transaction.
OutletsAdditional Ticketmaster outlets are available throughout South Carolina and the United States. Select retailers including Publix, Walmart and Macy’s locations, among others, may have tickets for purchase. To view a listing of available ticket retailers near you, please click here.
Avoid ScamsTicketmaster is the only authorized ticket-selling agent for the Florence Center. The Florence Center cannot be responsible for the authenticity of tickets obtained through any other sources. The Florence Center will not honor counterfeit, duplicate and other invalid tickets. The venue strongly recommends only purchasing event tickets through Ticketmaster outlets and the venue Box Office. Avoid scams by only purchasing through authorized outlets and avoiding third-party ticketing sites and unofficial outlets. The Florence Center cannot be responsible for payments or refunds through non-authorized sources.
