Know Before You Go

While bags are not encouraged, the following outlines the bags that are permitted:

• Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags that do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12” - A logo no larger than 4.5” x 3.4” can be displayed on one side of a permissible clear bag.
• One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)
• Small clutch bags no larger than 4.5” x 6.5” - approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap
• Medically necessary items (after proper inspection and tagging)

Prohibited bags include, but not limited to:

• Purses larger than a clutch bag
• Briefcases
• Computer bags
• Diaper Bags
• Binocular cases
• Luggage of any kind
• Camera bags
• Backpacks, clinch/drawstring bags, and fanny packs that are not clear and/or exceed the size restriction

All bags will be subject to search upon arrival & any bags that exceed the permitted size will not be allowed in.

Venue Entry
Walk-through magnetometers will be in use for all patrons. When approaching the security checkpoints at all entrances, keep all items in your pockets and bags. If you have a bag, proceed to the designated bag check areas. Clear Bags are required. Tickets will be scanned once you are through the security checkpoint. Patrons are encouraged to arrive early and allow ample time for processing. Diapers and additional baby supplies may be carried in a clear bag. Family members, including children, are allowed to carry an approved bag into the arena.

Management reserves the right to adjust these policies at any time with no prior notification.

A multi-time recipient of the Prime Site Award from Facilities & Event Magazine, the Florence Center has the advantage of a prime location on a spacious, manicured complex at the intersection of I-95 and I-20, just 6.7 miles from the Florence Regional Airport. The facility is close to dozens of national chain hotels, several of which are immediately adjacent and within walking distance. The Center is right beside the historic Florence Veterans Park, is located just across the street from one of the area's many shopping plazas, and is close to a variety of award-winning restaurants.

GUEST SERVICES

Florence Center staff is ready to help with any questions you may have about access to and within the facility. Although the facility is readily accessible, when planning an event, please include any additional ADA requirements so the proper preparations can be made.

ELEVATORS

There are two (2) elevators in the facility. One in the arena and one on the upper level.

ENTRANCES

There are entrance ramps at all entrance doors throughout the facility.

PARKING

There are 75 handicapped parking spaces throughout the facility.

Only certified service animals allowed. All others must have authorization prior to entering the facility.

TICKETS/SEATING

Disabled and Accessible Seating is available on our concourse level based on availability as well as companion seats. When purchasing your tickets please make sure to mention any concerns you may have. The Florence Center will attempt to reasonably accommodate any concern with regard to guests with disabilities.

COVID-19 NOTICE

You must follow all policies, including health and safety policies and posted instructions while at the Florence Center. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and those with underlying medial conditions are especially vulnerable. By entering the Florence Center, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

The Florence Center Administrative Offices Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Box Office Regular Hours: Tuesday: 12 PM – 5:30 PM and Thursday: 12 PM – 5:30 PM. Box Office Event Day Hours: At least one hour prior to the event start time, unless otherwise noted. Subject to change. Closing time varies per event, typically 30 minutes after the start time of the event.
