Cashless Policy
The Florence Center is making an effort for safety and security reasons to transition to an all cashless building. Cash will soon no longer be accepted as a valid form of payment for concessions and any other purchases made at the Florence Center during any and all events.
Concessions
SAVOR… by ASM Manages all concessions throughout the Florence Center. Our concession stands offer a variety of food and beverages.

Major credit cards are accepted.
There are 4 permanent food and beverage stands throughout the Center on the upper concourse, with an additional “portable” locations that may be set up for select events on the lower and or upper level.
Credit Cards
Visa, American Express, Discover and MasterCard are accepted at the merchandise stands, concession stands and at the Arena Ticket Office.

Entrances
There are accessible ramps at all entrance doors. Access is available on the lower level and upper level.
THE FLORENCE CENTER HAS A NO RE-ENTRY POLICY
First Aid/EMT
The First Aid Station is located on the concourse at room 235 near section 311. It is staffed by emergency medical staff during certain events. In the event of an emergency, please notify Florence Center Staff, EMT or Uniformed Police Officers.

Lost and Found
Lost items will be held for 30 days. Any unclaimed items will be donated to charity. Items found can be turned in at the Administrative Office located on the first level.
The Florence Center is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Parking
The Florence Center features approximately 2,450 parking spaces on its property (1,200 in the lower parking lot, 1,200 in the upper parking lot and 50 in the VIP lot), including ample parking for ADA. Parking is free for every event at the Florence Center.
Overnight parking is not permitted without prior authorization.

Restrooms are located throughout the facility equipped with baby changing stations and ADA accessibility.
Service Animals
Only certified service animals are permitted in the facility, all others must be approved by management

There are 75 handicapped parking spaces throughout the facility, 2 Elevators and restrooms to accommodate for easy access as well as water fountains. Limited wheelchair and companion seating available per event basis.

Box Office
The ticketing Will Call window is located at the Ticket Office near Gate 2. Will Call is a service to hold your purchased tickets until collected at your convenience. Tickets purchased via Ticketmaster can be left at Will Call, but must be acquired no later than one (1) hour prior to the event time.
Will Call is only available during standard box office hours or up to the event start time on performance dates.
If you are instructed by an arena employee, promoter or premium guest to pick up tickets from Will Call, please confirm with the Ticket Office as to when and hot to pick-up before arriving at the Ticket Office window.
When picking tickets up from Will Call please have your photo ID ready. Approved I.D. is required for all tickets held in Will Call.
Lost or stolen tickets prior to an event may be replaced by contacting the Box Office at 843-679-4525 or boxoffice@florencecenter.com. Only the account holder may request and receive replacement tickets. A deposit equal to the face value of the lost or stolen ticket(s) may be charged and refunded upon presentation of the original unused ticket. The ticket office reserves the right not to replace lost or stolen tickets.
Visitors
All guests must sign in at the Administrative Office located in the lower lobby and obtain a visitors badge. To schedule an appointment with a staff member or a tour of the facility, please call 843-679-9417.
